  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at hallodecor2@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship Your Item: You’ll receive instructions on where to send your item. Please note that shipping fees for returns may apply.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
